Free Returns:
AHY Fashion offers free returns in case of incorrect size, wrong color, or damaged items. Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.
Customer-Initiated Returns:
If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons (such as change of mind), the return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, not in original packaging, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability.
Damage Reporting:
Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
